Hiking On Day 2

On day 2, we woke up and had hot cocoa and breakfast. After that, we started to hike. Everybody split up into their groups. Our group wanted to do a lot of hiking, which was great because I LOVE to hike. We decided to hike five mountains including: Firescrew, Cardigan, Rimrock, Orange, and South peak.The cool thing was, Mt.Cardigan was in the town of Alexandria, and in Orange. On the way, there were many regions. As we got higher, it was called the Alpine zone. There were many regions of spruce trees. The bare rock at the summit of Mt.Cardigan was a region, too. We even had to climb up some parts of vertical-like rock. It was like climbing, but way easier. At the top, a helicopter was practicing landing.On our descent, we saw many fallen trees. This was another region. Along the whole hike, there were so many regions; and that was a theme of Geography!
